This is a self-help guide using CBT and is designed to help you with your struggles to get to sleep and to get back to sleep. I want to help you back to a reliable sleep pattern, and to overcome those troublesome thoughts that keep you awake. Although I can’t be with you in-person I’ve done my best to make the book as personalised and user friendly as possible. It’s all based on my 40 years of clinical and research experience with sleep disorders.
